Percentage Calculator
Percentages trip people up because one word hides three different sums. This calculator does all three in one place: what a percentage of a number is, what share one number is of another, and the percentage increase or decrease between two numbers — with the formula shown so you can check it.

Frequently asked questions
What is 20% of 250?
50 — calculated as (20 ÷ 100) × 250.

Why show the formula?
So the answer is checkable. A calculator that hides its working is no better than guessing for anything that matters.
