What is a good keyword density?
There is no magic number, but most well-ranked pages sit between roughly 0.5% and 2% for their main keyword. Above 2.5% usually reads unnaturally and risks a stuffing penalty.
Does this tool count phrases too?
Yes. Alongside single words it reports your most repeated 2-word and 3-word phrases, which is where accidental stuffing usually hides.
