Link Analyzer

A page's links shape both user journeys and how search engines understand it — but nobody counts them by hand. Paste your page HTML and this analyzer lists every link with its anchor text, classifies it as internal, external, empty or other, and flags nofollow links and missing anchor text.

Use the tool

How to use the Link Analyzer

  1. Paste the HTML of the page you want to audit, plus your domain if you want internal/external split.
  2. Adjust any optional settings to match your page, business or campaign.
  3. Click the button to generate your result instantly — nothing is uploaded; the tool runs in your browser.
  4. Copy the result, or download it as a file where that option appears, and paste it into your site, document or campaign.

Frequently asked questions

How does it tell internal from external?

Absolute URLs on the domain you enter are internal; other domains are external. Relative links count as internal. Without a domain, absolute links are listed as external — enter your domain for an accurate split.

Why flag missing anchor text?

A link with no readable text (an image link with no alt, an empty anchor) tells users and search engines nothing about its destination — and can be an accessibility failure.

Does this crawl my live page?

No — it analyses the HTML you paste, entirely in your browser. Paste view-source output to audit a live page.
